Heard counsel for the petitioner, Sri Sandeep Tripathi, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent nos.2 and 3 to conclude the fair and proper investigation in pursuance of first information report dated 26.6.2025 which was registered as Case Crime No. 0169 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.), 2023, Police Station-Tharwai, District Ganganagar (Commissionerate Prayagraj) and taken necessary step to arrest the accused person i.e. respondent no.4. (ii) Issue any other or further writ, order or direction, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. (iii) Award the cost of the writ petition to the petitioner" 3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the first informant in the present case and though the F.I.R. in the present case has been registered on 26.6.2025, yet the police is not investigating the case in fair and impartial manner. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner may move an application before the respondent no.2- Commissioner of Police, Prayagraj, highlighting his grievance and seeking fair and impartial investigation, and if such an application is moved by the petitioner, the respondent no.2- Commissioner of Police, Prayagraj shall ensure the fair, impartial and expeditious Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Munna Babu, Naveen Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Priti Yadav .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) investigation in the present case. 5. With the aforesaid order, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
