This criminal revision is preferred against the judgment and order dated 16.07.2008 passed by Additional District Judge / Fast Track Court, District Jyotiba Phule Nagar in Criminal Appeal No.05/2007 and the judgment and order dated 14.02.2007 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jyotiba Phule Nagar in Criminal Complaint No.1884 of 1999, convicting the revisionist under Sections 7(1) / 16(i) (A)(i)(ii) of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act for one imprisonment with fine of Rs.1,000/-. 5. As per office report dated 02.12.2023, a report from C.J.M. concerned was called for regarding living status of the revisionist in present appeal. In compliance of the said order, C.J.M. concerned vide letter dated 04.11.2023 informed that the revisionist has died. The said report has been sent after due enquiry. 6. Accordingly, the present revision stands abated. 7. The trial court records, if received, be sent back along with the communication of this order.
