(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to release the arrears of House Rent Allowance (HRA) from 2013 to the date of superannuation alongwith interest; and the arrears of Leave Travel Concession (LTC) which was duly sanctioned vide office order No.96 dated 06.02.2014. Learned arguing counsel for the respondents, at the very outset, contends that they are re-examining the claim of the petitioner about admissibility of her benefits/dues and a decision shall be taken thereupon by them within a period of two months of the receipt of certified copy of this order. Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the said arrangement.
