JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 3 13-11-2025 Heard the parties. 2.The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending his arrest in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126, 115(2), 138, 87, 64 of BNSS and 8 and 12 of POCSO Act. 3. As per FIR, the son of the petitioner namely, Naval Kishore Rai established physical relationship with informant aged about 17 years, who subsequently solemnized marriage with the informant in police station but later on deserted her. 4. Considering submission as advanced by Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62547 of 2025(3) dt.13-11-2025 2/2 learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner implicated only being the father of main co-accused Naval Kishore Rai, for whom nothing stated incriminating or was not even named by victim while recording her statement under Section 183 of BNSS, coupled with the fact that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent, accordingly petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge POCSO, Saharsa/concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Bihra P.S.
