Heard Sri Sumit Suri, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondent no.3 to decide the recall application dated 20.2.2024 (Computer Case No.D202514360002059) as well as Case No.675 of 2022 (Computer Case No. D202214360000675) (Jagannath Vs. State and another) under Section 30 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously. 3. The case of the petitioner is that he has filed an application under Section 30 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before the respondent no.3. The said case was dismissed for want of prosecution on 30.11.2023. The petitioner filed a recall application on 20.2.2024. The said recall application is pending before respondent no.3 for more than 18 months, but no order has been passed, so far. 4. The present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.3 to decide the pending recall application dated 20.2.2024 filed in Case No.675 of 2022, in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. 5.
