The present petition has been filed praying for the following relief: "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of ad interim mandamus directing the respondent nos. 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in pursuance of the complaint /application made by the petitioner to the S.H.O of police station Allahganj District Shahjahanpur and further be pleased to direct the respondent no. 3 to register the F.I.R. against the respondent nos. 7, 8 & 9 under appropriate section of the IPC" Sri Prem Chandra Prasad, learned A.G.A. for the State informs that the application of the petitioner has been treated as complaint case by the competent court and therefore, there is no justification for directing the police to register F.I.R. or conduct any investigation in this case. In view of the above statement of learned A.G.A., this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. October 9, 2025 A.
