Learned counsel for the petitioners has tried his best to make out a case for evaluation of petitioners' OMR sheets of an Examination namely:Advertisement No.51 dated 8.7.2022 for the post of Assistant Professor Higher Education Services. However, from a bare perusal of Photo Copy of OMR sheets of respective petitioners annexed along with present writ petition Court finds it to be against said submissions, since not only in some of the cases petitioners' have not filled a single answer in their OMR Sheets. Otherwise also, the directions mentioned in the question and answer booklets are not admittedly followed as well as in some cases even roll numbers and other particulars were not filled up correctly . 3. In the aforesaid circumstances, prayer made for a mandamus to evaluate the answer sheet of the petitioners cannot be granted without any provision of law. 4. Court takes note of a judgment passed by this Court in Special Appeal Defective No.494 of 2020, Shiv Prasad Duvey & Ors Vs. State of U.P. & Ors, decided on 8.4.2021. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances, no case is made out for interference. 6. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
