This is an application filed under Section 430(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying for suspension of sentence. After hearing the learned counsel for both the sides and after going through the impugned Judgment, the prayer of the applicant is allowed. The sentence imposed upon the applicant Abzalur Rahman by the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Nalbari in Sessions Case No.90/2023 shall remain stayed till disposal of the appeal.
