The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Mehnagar, District Azamgarh (respondent No. 2) to decide the Case No. 4331 of 2025, Computerised Case No. T-202515060504331 (Ranjana Chauhan Versus Ram Surat), Under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period." 3. Case of the petitioner is that she has purchased Plot No. 378 area 0.8840 from one Ram Surat, respondent no. 3 on 12.06.2025. She has moved an application under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for getting her name recorded in the relevant revenue records. The said application is still pending. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping the present writ petition pending. 5. Writ petition stands disposed of directing respondent no. 2 to decide the mutation Case No. 4331 of 2025, Computerised Case No. T- 202515060504331 (Ranjana Chauhan Versus Ram Surat) within a period of two months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order, after giving opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties.
