This application has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure praying for transfer of F.C.(Civil) No.989/2024 from the court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kamrup(M) to the court of learned District Judge, Kokrajhar. 3. Being the counsel for the respondent, Mr. Narzari submits that he has no objection if the case is transferred to Kokrajhar. 4. Considering the submissions made by Mr. Narzari, it is hereby directed that the F.C.(Civil) No.989/2024 pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Kamrup(M), Guwahati shall be transferred to the court of learned District Judge, Kokrajhar for disposal.
