2. This appeal is preferred against the order dated 5.7.2024 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 159 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code 3(i)(r)(3)(i)(s)(3)(2)(va) of the SC/ST Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the appellant is said to have assaulted the victim.
4. From the allegation levelled against the appellants,
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.3570 of 2024(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 it appears that the appellants have brutally assaulted the victim causing grievous injury to them.
5. In view of the above, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.
6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
