Case No. 18 of 2024 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 15 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 7000 of 2024 by order dated 04.10.2024. 4. On 09.06.2024, the petitioner alongwith others were apprehended by Jhinkpani Police while travelling on a vehicle. On search, 93 kgs. of cannabis were recovered from the said vehicle. 5. Quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of commercial quantity. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
