Learned Advocate appearing for respondents No.4 and 5 submits that, the respondents No.4 and 5 have forwarded the proposal of the petitioner to the Education Officer on 21/11/2022. 3. Learned A.G.P. appears for respondents No.1 to 3. 4. In view of the above, we dispose of the Petition with directions to the respondents No.1 to 3, particularly respondent No.3 to consider and decide the petitioner’s proposal received by it from respondents No.4 and 5 on its own merits in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
