The present writ petition is filed by questioning the action of the respondents in trying to lay a road in the land belonging to the petitioner over an extent of Ac.1.06 cents in Sy.No.207/4 of Tukkuluru Village, Nuzvid Mandal, Krishna District, without issuing any notice or without following due process of law, interfering with the possession of the petitioner. 2. This Court on 19.03.2020 granted interim order, directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner over the subject land. 3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed instructions dated 19.03.2025 furnished by the 3rd respondent. 4. On perusal of the same, it is stated by the 3rd respondent that they did not interfere with the possession of the petitioner and the subject land is under his possession and enjoyment. 5. The said instructions are placed in record. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed as no further orders are necessary in terms of interim order dated 19.03.2020. There shall be no order as to costs.
