These Contempt Petitions are filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 19.10.2024 made in W.A.Nos.944, 946 and 947 of 2023. 2.The main allegation in these Contempt Petitions is that the Commissioner of Land Administration has passed the order dated 17.10.2024 after knowing that this Court has passed an order of stay on 19.10.2024. In essence, the allegation is that the Commissioner of Land Administration has passed an ante-dated order. 3.Now, the Commissioner of Land Administration, in order to avoid any unpleasant or embarrassment in this contempt proceedings, by his proceedings dated 24.04.2025, has withdrawn his earlier order dated Page 5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Cont.P.Nos.3564, 3565 & 3566 of 2024 17.10.2024.
