This application U/s 482 of the Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash/set-aside the impugned summoning order dated 04.01.2023 and as well as entire proceeding of Complaint No.109 (67/2022/2022 U.P.B.R. No.-010000-2022 [Kripal Versus Sunil Kumar and others], under Section 343, 376 (3) I.P.C. and Section 8 of Protection of Children from the Sexual Offence Act against the applicant No.1 and Section 120B І.Р.С. and Section 17 of Protection of Children from the Sexual Offence Act, Police Station Nawabganj, District Bareilly, against the applicant Nos. 2 and 3, on the basis of settlement/compromise dated 08.02.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants, at the very juncture, submits that the applicants has been preferring bail application seeking bail since non bailable warrants have been issued. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. 5. In view of the above, the present application is consigned to record leaving it open to the applicants to prefer appropriate proceedings before the court below for enlargement on bail, the same may be decided with most expedition in accordance with law of the land.
