Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gola P.S. Case No. 128 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 308(4), 111(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 25(1-A) and 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Alok Singh, learned J.M.F.C, Ramgarh. On 13.12.2024 at about 5.00 p.m., the petitioner sustained firearm injury on his left thigh as the pistol which was kept in his pocket got fired. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2024. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Alok Singh, learned J.M.F.C, Ramgarh or his successor, in connection with Gola P.S.
