GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent Nos.5 and 6 in not registering the crime against the respondent No.7. who alleged to have cheated the petitioner by collecting certain amounts with the false promise of securing job in Railway/Central Government Departments to the petitioner’s children. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the respondent Nos.1 to 6 submits that the police have registered Zero F.I.R vide Crime No.0 of 2024, and the same is made over to the 6th respondent for investigation purposes. It is submitted that, as F.I.R is the Zero F.I.R, which is made over to the respondent No.6, no further action is taken. 3. Considering the submissions made, the concerned SHO/respondent No.6 hereby directed to take appropriate steps in accordance with law against the 7th respondent and any others connected with the crime. 4.
