Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the Sub Divisional Officer Machhalishahar, District Jaunpur (Respondent no.2) to decide the application of the petitioner dated 06.03.2025, under section 23/227 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and restrain the to Respondent nos. 3 11 from illegal interference with the Boundary Wall of the S.M.R. School located at Mohalla Kasba Ghisua Khas, Tehsil Machhalishahar District Jaunpur petition). (Annexure no. 2 to the writ" 2. It is contended that proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was finalized and the order of demarcation was carried out. The private respondents thereafter interfered and had removed the pillars so affixed. Petitioner has moved an application under Section 23 read with Section 227 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for restraining the respondents from interference which is pending consideration. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said application. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondent, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon authority concerned to decide the application dated 06.03.2025 filed under Section 23 read with Section 227 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all the affected parties, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Vinod Kumar Patel Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Lalita .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 10 Others .....Respondent(s) preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
