The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bagodar P.S. Case No. 131 of 2022, for the offences registered under Sections 414/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 25(1-b)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Ms. Smriti Tripathi, learned J. M. 1st Class, Giridih. On 30.08.2022, Bagodar Police apprehended co-accused Birendra Mandal and Pradeep Das from Biharo - Mundro Forest Area. They were found trevelling on a stolen motorcycle. On search, firearms were recovered from their possession. It was submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of apprehended accused persons. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Smriti Tripathi, learned J.
