Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) In the light of the facts that the directions passed in the judgment filed by the petitioners was to decide the same in terms of LPA No.165 of 2021, titled State of Himachal Pradesh and others versus Surajmani and another and the stand of the State in the reply filed in the contempt proceedings was that the matter was still pending consideration before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and in the light of the development that now Surajmani’s case stands disposed of by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, these proceedings are closed with the direction that now let appropriate order in the case of the petitioners be passed by the Authority in the light of the 2 adjudication by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Surajmani’s case within a period of six weeks.
