JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 5 07-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The State has filed a counter affidavit in the matter. 3. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No.76 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. 4. Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail has been rejected vide order dated 14.03.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.17973 of 2024. 5. In the trial, witnesses are being produced by Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12601 of 2025(5) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 the prosecution. The petitioner is accused in nine more criminal cases. 6.
