JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 17-11-2025 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioners and the State. 2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 394, 357 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the accused persons including these petitioners assaulted the husband of the informant due to which he died. 4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the FIR. The names of the petitioners transpired during course of investigation in this case merely on suspicion. After investigation police has Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56459 of 2025(3) dt.17-11-2025 2/2 submitted final form against these petitioners. 5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Supplemantary K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 444 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS), 2023. AjayMishra/- (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) U T
