The appellant apprehends his arrest in connection with SC/ST Case No.85 of 2022 dated 26.08.2022 for the alleged offences under Sections 420 and 467 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (1) (r) and 3 (1) (s) of the SC/ST Act. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. 4. Permission is granted. 5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 6. However, if the appellant surrenders before the learned Court below within four weeks from today and seek Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.4516 of 2024(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this withdrawal order preferably on the same day.
