Present petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No. 29 dated 20.03.2021 registered under Sections 406 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Sadar Jalandhar, District Police Commissionerate Jalandhar (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 14.12.2022 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties. 2. Learned State counsel at the very outset submits this is a partial compromise, which is not permissible in terms of the reference answered by the Division Bench of this Court in CRM-M-48043-2023 decided on 12.11.2024 titled as ‘Rakesh Das Vs. State of Haryana and Another’ as one of the accused namely Gurpreet Kaur has not been impleaded as party in the present petition. 3. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of as such. 4. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action after impleading all the stake holders.
