No one appears in support of the writ petition, when the matter is called on. 2. The dispute leading to institution of the present writ petition has a civil flavor and disputed question of facts is also involved in this writ petition, which can only be determined after evaluation of the evidence. 3. In view thereof, I am of the view that the present writ petition cannot be entertained and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. 4. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
