Mishra, learned counsel for the appellant; Sri Brijesh Kr. Pandey, learned counsel for opposite party No.2 and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The instant bail cancellation application has been filed to cancel the bail of opposite party No.2 in Case Crime No. 135 of 2024, under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Milak Khanam, District Rampur because opposite party No.2 did not pay the entire amount i.e. Rs. 6,50,000/- in compliance of the bail order dated 15.7.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 21488 of 2025. 3. It is not in dispute that opposite party No.2 had already paid Rs. 2.5 Lakh to the applicant on 14.8.2025 and today the remaining amount of Rs.4 Lakh is being paid through two separate bank drafts being Draft No. 385333 dated 22.09.2025 (Rs. 50,000/-) and Draft No. 385340 dated 04.10.2025 (Rs. 3,50,000/-) issued by the Bank of Baroda and the same have been handed over to the learned counsel for the applicant. A photocopy of the aforesaid drafts has been placed on record. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant submits that as the entire amount, as mentioned in the bail order dated 15.7.2025, has been paid by opposite party No.2, therefore, he does not want to press this bail cancellation application. 5.
