Heard learned counsel for the petitioner herein/A3 & A4 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner No.2 herein has filed Crl.P.No.3443 of 2025, challenging the similar proceedings, wherein this Court has set aside the proceedings and quashed the impugned FIR therein. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that the proceedings under 110(E) Cr.P.C., have already elapsed as it is valid only for six (06) months. 5. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the proceedings in FIR No.409 of 2018 on the file of the Ibrahimpatnam Police Station, Vijayawada City, for the offences under Section 110(E) Cr.P.C., are hereby quashed. 6. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed.
