The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 and 4 to conduct the fair investigation in case FIR No.145 dated 05.07.2025 registered under Section 75(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 at Police Station Sadar, Palwal, through some independent agency or officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police and to take strict action against respondent No.5, who in connivance with respondents No.6 to 13, is harassing the petitioner and his family members. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has already moved representation dated 11.09.2025 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.4-Superintendent of Police, Palwal and at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied, if the said representation is considered and decided by passing a speaking order in a time bound frame.
