The mention memo has been allowed with a direction to take up this matter at 01:00 p.m. Accordingly, on being communicated to the Office, the Production Cause List has been notified reflecting the present case for taking it up at 01:00 p.m. Accordingly, the matter has been taken up. 2. Mr. Nitin Kumar Pasari, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner in presence of Mr. P.A.S. Pati, Sr. S.C. seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, since, the final order has been passed by the competent authority which the petitioner wants to assail by preferring appeal by taking all the available grounds. 2 3. The learned Counsel has further submitted that since the writ petition is sought to be withdrawn and as such the defects may be ignored. 4. This Court before granting such leave, has gone through the nature of defects, as has been pointed out by the Office note dated 01.09.2025. The pointed-out defects are ignorable and as such the same are being ignored. 5. There is no opposition by learned Counsel appearing for the respondents. 6. This Court, on consideration of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and there is no objection by the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents, is granting leave to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the alternative forum by raising all the available points. 7. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 8. I.A., if any, also stands disposed of. 9. Let the copy of the Production List be taken on record.
