Purkayastha, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner, on instructions has confirmed that the charge-sheet in the matter was filed by the Investigation Agency. The charge-sheet in reference to Silchar P.S. Case No.960/2022, having been filed before the competent Court on 31.07.2025, this Court is of the considered view that the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present proceedings would stands redressed. Mr. S.D. Purkayastha, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner, has submitted that the petitioner would have further grievance, with regard to the manner in which the investigation were carried out, in pursuance to the information lodged by him before the police. It is provided that the said aspect of the matter can be agitated by the petitioner by instituting appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. In so far as the present proceedings is concerned, this Court is of the considered view that the matter be not detained any further, in view of the filing of the charge-sheet in the matter.
