The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 159/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Hazaribagh. 3. On 06.08.2024 at about 9:30 A.M., husband of the informant namely Parshuram Prasad left his house. Thereafter, at about 7:50 P.M., his dead body was recovered from a place near Lakhe cemetery. Suspicion has been raised against named accused persons that due to previous enmity; they might have committed murder of the deceased. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused persons. It was also submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered on the pointing out of this petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Hazaribagh in connection with Muffasil P.S.
