For the Respondents: Mr. Virender Singh Kanwar, Advocate. _______________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): By way of instant petition very innocuous prayer has been made on behalf of the petitioners to consider and decide their pending representation, whereby they have made request to promote them to the post of linemen. 2. While putting appearance on behalf of the respondents, Mr. Virender Singh Kanwar, learned counsel fairly states that though he has every reason to believe and presume that by now aforesaid representation must have been considered, but if not, same shall be considered and decided expeditiously. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Consequently, in view of above, the present petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the pending representation (Annexure P-1) of the petitioners expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks. Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and pass appropriate orders. Liberty is reserved to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate court of law, if they still remain aggrieved. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
