The present petition has been filed challenging the first information report dated 14.08.2025 registering Case Crime No. 0222 of 2025, under Sections 333, 76, 352, 351(2) of B.N.S., Police Station-Husainganj, District-Fatehpur. It is stated by the Additional Government Advocate that on investigation the offence under Section 64 B.N.S. has been included after the statement of the prosecutrix under Section 180 and 183 B.N.S.S. and after she was medically examined. We have also perused the statement of the prosecutrix under Sections 180/183 B.N.S.S. and the medical report. In view of the aforesaid, no case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is made out. A cognizable offence is reported to have been committed. The petition is dismissed.
