JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 4 07-11-2025 Heard Mr. Shashi Bhushan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Gyan Prakash Ojha 2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s): “for initiation of contempt proceeding as well as for award of suitable punishment to the contemnor/opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 22.07.2024 passed in CWJC No. 8756 of 2024.” 3. A show-cause has come on behalf of the Collector, Vaishali according to which, having partly proved charges against the Mukhiya, Gram Panchayat Raj Bikhanpura, Block Desri, Vaishali, recommendation has been made to the Divisional Commissioner for appropriate action. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some of the charges which was made by the petitioner has been shown as not proved. 5. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner always have the forum of the Court to challenge the said finding Patna High Court MJC No.71 of 2025(4) dt.07-11-2025 3/3 of the Collector, Vaishali but the same cannot be extended in the contempt petition. 6. This Court is in agreement with the statement made by learned State counsel, a decision has been arrived at by the Collector, Vaishali, certain recommendation has been made to the Divisional Commissioner, if the petitioner still has any grievance, she always have the forum/the Court to agitate the same. 7.
