Prayer in the present Civil Revision Petition, filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of appropriate orders or directions to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Panchkula, to expeditiously decide the application dated 21.10.2024 (Annexure P-2), filed by the petitioner under Section 12 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, seeking interim custody of the minor son, in case bearing No. GW-43 of 2024, having CNR No. HRPK010036182024, filing No. 1344/2024, filed on 22.10.2024 and registered on 22.10.2024, titled as Deepy Zohmangaihi v. Hemanta Panging (Annexure P-1).

3. In view of the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, notice is not being issued to the respondent, as it would delay the proceedings besides entailing additional expense to the Nitin 2025.09.18 12:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
