By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 consider for the grant of benefit of A.C.P. (Assured Career Progression) for the post of Junior Engineer to the petitioner in view of several Government order issued in this regard from time to time after completion of 10th years and 16th years satisfactory service in Pay Band-2 Rs. 9,300/- - 34,800/- grade pay, Rs. 4,200/- admissible to the junior engineer working tubewell in accordance with law." It is contended that in the above regard petitioner has made a representation on 30.05.2024 he is entitled to the benefit under the Government Order dated 04.06.2008. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction that respondent no. 2 shall consider the grievance of Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anand Kumar, Vinod Kumar Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Udai Vir Sharma .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) the petitioner raised in his representation and decide the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
