None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. None had also appeared on 22.04.2025. 3. Mr. Pranab Kumar Samantaray, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 is present. 4. In view of the report of the Stamp Reporter and as the learned counsel for the petitioner has not appeared in the case on two consecutive dates, I deem it fit in the interest of justice to dismiss the case as not maintainable. 5.
