This modification application has been filed for extension of the time period for surrender, as directed vide order dated 20.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37652 of 2024, whereby anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner with a condition to surrender before the court concerned within four weeks. 3. For the reasons disclosed in the modification application, it is allowed. 4. Accordingly, the petitioner is granted further six weeks’ time from today to surrender before the court below in Patna High Court CR. MISC.
