The allegation is that the petitioner threatened the defacto complainant and extorted a sum of Rs.1,000/-. Based on the complaint, the petitioner was arrested on 21.08.2025. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a false complaint has been lodged by the defacto complainant and he prayed for bail. 4.
