Petitioner Nos.2 & 3 are in the custody of the Petitioner No.1. Petitioner No.1 is a junior advocate in Srikakulam District headquarters. Respondent No.2 is working as junior assistant in Visakhapatnam Port Trust; he is going to retire soon. An amount of Rs.5,000/- in the present day’s scenario is not adequate to maintain oneself, that too when the wife is taking care of her two children. 4. Therefore, the order of the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-lll Additional Sessions Judge, Vizianagaram granting Rs.5,000/- to the Petitioner No.1 is not sufficient in the present-day financial conditions. If Rs.5,000/- is granted towards the maintenance to Petitioner No.1, it would meet the ends of justice. 5. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is partly allowed, enhancing the monthly maintenance from Rs.5,000/- to Rs. 10,000/- for Petitioner No.1. The enhancement of Rs.5,000/- shall be paid from the date of filing of the Revision Case.
