JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 04-11-2025 The instant writ application has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the petitioner seeking the following relief(s): "1. That the present writ application is being filed for following relief/reliefs. [A] For issuance of writ in nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions to respondents no. l to 3 for execution of report of Anchal Amin of Ramgarhawa to Circle Officer Ramgarhawa respondent No 3 about giving report for measurement of the land. (B) For issuance of writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions to the respondent no. 3 to for compliance the order of Respondent No. 4 passed in Case No. 06/2021 who has passed the order accordance the law and given direction to measurement the land between petitioner's land and respondent no 6 land description and boundary given in purcha. Mr. Rakesh Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Raj Kishore Roy, learned counsel appearing for the State-respondents are present and they are heard. 3. From perusal of the petition, it appears that the main grievance of the petitioner is that no action has been taken on his application for measurement of his land by the Circle Officer, Ramgarhawa, despite an order in this regard having been passed by respondent no. 4. In respect of this issue the petitioner's counsel has drawn the attention of this Court to the Annexure-3. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the State-respondents that for getting a land measured in addition to filing an application some prescribed fee is also required to be deposited and same has not been paid Patna High Court CWJC No.17927 of 2022(2) dt.04-11-2025 3/3 by the petitioner as in this regard, there is no statement in the petition. In response of this stated fact it is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that for depositing the required fee, petitioner has not been informed by the Office of the respondent no.3 and he is ready to pay the required fee. 5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent no. 3 is directed to take action on the petitioner's application dated 13.01.2020 (Annexure-3) and dispose of the same as per the provision of law in the next four weeks from today. 6.
