Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Petitioner has instituted a claim for payment of insured sum pursuant to Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana. It is stated that claim of the petitioner is covered in terms of the scheme and all documents have been submitted in respect thereof by submitting an application form but such claim of the petitioner has not been dealt with in terms of the policy. Learned counsel for the respondents states that such issues of fact can be examined by the third respondent, at the first instance. Considering the nature of order proposed to be passed, we do not deem it necessary to keep the writ petition pending or issue notices to respondents 3 & 4. In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to approach the third respondent, annexing all materials in support of his claim for payment of insurance amount, which shall be dealt with by the third respondent, in terms of the aforesaid scheme and in accordance with the policy, within a period of three months, from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
