Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no. 2 i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Sadar, District Deoria to decide the case no. T202505200123399 on dated 18.06.2024 (Pradeep Vs Satwan and others) under section 116 of UP Revenue code 2006, with stipulated period fix by this Hon'ble Court. (Annexure No. 2 to this writ Petition)" 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that a suit in proceedings under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Sadar, District Deoria to decide the case no. T202505200123399 on dated 18.06.2024 (Pradeep Vs Satwan and others) under Section 116 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
