Sharma, learned AC to AG for the State of Bihar has placed before this Court the instructions received from the Superintendent of Police, Araria as contained in the 8th supplementary statement of facts dated 29.10.2025. Learned AC to AG has informed that the petitioner has already been deported to Nepal.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2569 of 2024(15) dt.30-10-2025 2/2 petitioner has already been deported.
3. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed of as having become infructuous.
4. In the facts and circumstances of the case where the respondent authorities have taken much efforts to find out the citizenship and actual place of residence of the petitioner and it could become possible only after the repeated orders and directions of this Court and the efforts of the respondents, this Court is of the considered opinion that it would not be a fit case for award of any compensation.
5. The prayer for compensation is, thus, rejected.
