Only prayer made in this petition is to command respondent no.2 to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against respondent no.4 as Complaint Case No. 283 of 2022 (Ranjeet Kumar Yadav vs. Siddharth Tripathi Advocate) under Section 35 of the Advocate Act, which are pending for the last nearly three years. 2. Shri G. D. Mishra, holding brief of Shri Ashok Kumar Tiwari, counsel for respondent no.2 states that such pending proceedings shall be concluded by the concerned respondent, expeditiously. 3. Considering the nature of order proposed to be passed notice need not be issued to respondent no.4 and this petition is being disposed of, at this stage itself. 4. In that facts of the case, we dispose of this petition with a direction upon respondent no.2 to conclude the pending disciplinary proceedings, aforesaid, after notice to respondent no.4, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
