Vide order dated 01.09.2025, the fair price shop license of the petitioner was suspended by the Respondent No.2 namely Sub Divisional Officer, Karhal, Mainpuri. 2. It is argued that in response to the same reply has already been submitted by the petitioner on 13.09.2025 but till date no final decision has been taken, hence the present writ petition. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that appropriate decision be taken by the respondent no.2 in the matter, expeditiously. 4. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. With the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the Respondent No.2, Sub Divisional Officer, Karhal, Mainpuri to take a decision on the reply submitted by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, unless there is no legal impediment.
