The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Simariya P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 308(3) and 308(4) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra. On 19.01.2025, pamphlet demanding One crore and twenty lakhs was thrown in the premises of Pallavi Upkar Private Ltd. Levy was demanded by T.P.C. Naxal organization. It was submitted that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that name of the petitioners has come in confession of co- accused persons. Mr. Rakesh Ranjan, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid fact. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra, in connection with Simariya P.S.
