Present petition has been filed under Section 401 Cr.PC impugning the order dated 20.11.2019 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Hoshiarpur, whereby the petitioners have been granted interim maintenance of a sum of Rs.5,000/- per month. 2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parites, on 04.11.2024 the matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. In pursuance thereof, the parties have appeared before the Mediator. As per the report dated 04.04.2025 of the Mediator, the mediation proceedings have remained successful . 3. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that since the matter has been settled between the parties, therefore, this petition has become infructuous. In terms of the said settlement, learned counsel for the respondent has given demand draft bearing No.146240025, dated 05.04.2025 of Rs.8,00,000/-, out of total agreed amount of Rs.15,00,000/-, to learned counsel for the petitioners, who undertakes to give to the petitioner No.1- Nisha and the remaining amount is to be paid on 12.05.2025 in CRM-M- 21672 of 2018, which has been filed by the respondent-husband for quashing of complaint on the basis of compromise. 5. In view of above, nothing further survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 6.
