Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of impugned order dated 17.07.2025 (Annexure P-8) passed in case bearing No.SC-752 of 2023 pending before learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Amritsar in FIR No.10 dated 25.01.2023 registered under Sections 379-B, 32, 411, 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Majitha Road, Amritsar (Annexure P-1), vide which, bail bonds of the petitioner are forfeited to the State and his non-bailable warrants have been issued. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to surrender himself before the learned trial Court and prays that the petitioner be not arrested by the police. 3. Petitioner is directed to surrender himself before the learned trial Court within 2 weeks i.e. up to 03.10.2025 and to move an appropriate application by raising all the pleas taken in this petition, before the trial Court regarding his non-appearance. The trial Court is directed to decide his bail application in accordance with law. Till then, he will not be arrested by the police in this matter. It is made clear that if he fails to appear before the trial Court within stipulated time then the relief granted by this Court shall be deemed to be withdrawn. 7.
